As your doula, I provide continuous support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum period. My approach combines evidence-informed education with practical support, helping you understand your options while creating the conditions for birth to unfold with as few unnecessary interruptions as possible.

Support may include prenatal visits, childbirth education, birth planning, labor preparation, comfort techniques, acupressure, partner support, continuous labor support, newborn guidance, and postpartum follow-up. You'll also have ongoing access to me throughout your pregnancy whenever questions arise or you simply need reassurance.

Whether you're planning a home birth, birth center birth, or hospital birth, my care is centered on helping you feel prepared, respected, and supported.

Every family has different needs, which is why I offer several levels of birth support. Each package includes prenatal preparation, continuous labor support, postpartum follow-up, and ongoing communication throughout your pregnancy. During your consultation, we'll determine which option makes the most sense for your family.

For families wanting additional education, more postpartum support, and personalized wellness services before and after birth. This package offers more time together and additional resources to support your transition into parenthood.

My most comprehensive level of support, offering expanded postpartum care, overnight assistance, personalized herbal support, and additional services that help your family settle into the weeks after birth with greater ease.

Birth is only the beginning. The weeks that follow bring their own challenges, questions, and adjustments, and no one is meant to navigate them alone.

Postpartum visits are designed around what would be most helpful for your family. That may mean newborn education, feeding support, emotional processing, herbal care, meal preparation, overnight support, or simply having another set of experienced hands while you rest and recover.

Support is available as daytime or overnight care and can be scheduled as your family's needs change.

Daytime Care starts at $50 per hour

Overnight Care starts at $55 per hour

Not everyone needs full doula support, and that's okay. I also offer individual pregnancy and postpartum services, including childbirth education, prenatal consultations, placenta encapsation, postpartum doula care, herbal consultations, meal preparation, and more.

I also offer herbal consultations, Reiki, traditional energy work, astrology, birth planning, postpartum wellness, meal preparation, and additional prenatal or postpartum visits. These services can stand on their own or be incorporated into your birth support, depending on what feels most supportive to you.
