These 90 minutes sessions are booked as needed, so that you can sit down with a doula and help get things organized and prepared for your lil one. Hire me to help you nest, go over your birth plan, learn about local resources, or answer what questions you may have! As a holistic doula, you can also opt to receive some traditional energy healing as well! 

My holistic doula packages are personalized to your needs and your budget. Each package includes prenatal appointments, birth education, labor support, postpartum appointments, and holistic modalities for comfort and pain relief. (Ex. Personalized Herbal remedies, traditional energy healing, physiological birth methods & coping tools, astrological readings, and traditional ceremonies to honor you and baby.).   

 Book a free initial consult to discuss different packages, doula services, and to get a better understanding of what price range you fall within. I do my best to price my services to fit your specific needs, so pricing will be adjusted based on the level of support you are seeking and the resources you have available. I am open to payment plans, and discounting services when appropriate!

These sessions vary and can incorporate Reiki, various traditional energetic practices, tarot, oracle cards, guidance from your spirit guides or ancestors, and past life regressions in order to provide you with the guidance or energetic experience necessary for your souls journey. These services are currently only available virtually.

From comfort measures in labor, newborn care to holistic support for postpartum or traditional birth ceremonies, our parenting classes are designed to help you feel confident with your innate knowledge in parenting.

Join us for one of our community events;  Maybe one of our in person traditional energy healing shares, the virtual Mama Trauma support group, or our virtual support group for non-birthing parents! Hosting workshops is one of my favorite ways to share skills, so there are always more in the works. Keep an eye out for virtual offerings as well on our Instagram!
