• 1–2 prenatal visits (3 hours total), 1 postpartum visit (1.5 hours)
• 24/7 on-call availability starting at 37 weeks
• Continuous labor support at home, birth center, or hospital

Holistic Care – Expanded Emotional and Energetic Support

Investment: $2,250

Designed for families desiring deeper educational guidance, intuitive care, and holistic prenatal/postpartum support.

Includes everything in the Essential Package, plus:

• 3 postpartum visits (6hrs of care total)
• Customized prenatal education (birth physiology, hormones, comfort measures, postpartum planning, newborn care)
• One holistic session of your choice: energy healing session, Astro-herbalism consultation, Womb blessing or birth altar creation, Personalized herbal postpartum care package
• Two products of your choice from the Wise Traditions Wellness Shop 

Complete Care – Full-Spectrum Birth & Postpartum Support

Investment: $3,150

A deeply nurturing and comprehensive experience for families seeking full-spectrum care, spiritual alignment, and extended postpartum help.

Includes everything in the Holistic Package, plus:

• 3 postpartum visits (up to 12 hours total)
• 1 overnight postpartum shift (9 PM – 7 AM)
• Baby natal chart + parenting insight session
• Herbal remedy bundle (postpartum, lactation, or recovery focused)
• Optional sibling integration or Montessori-based parenting guidance

Postpartum Doula Care (Hourly Option)

• Herbal Support: Custom teas, steams, tinctures, and body oils for healing, hormone balance, and emotional grounding
• Energy & Womb Work: Reiki, intuitive healing, and womb clearing to support spiritual integration and release trauma
• Emotional Holding: Safe space for processing birth, identity shifts, grief, or anxiety with tools for nervous system regulation
• Hormonal & Cycle Guidance: Support for regulating cycles, returning menstruation, and nourishing endocrine health
• Nutritional Care: Herbal and food-based support to rebuild strength, address depletion, and support lactation
• Education & Advocacy: Guidance on postpartum changes, boundaries, baby rhythms, and navigating the medical system 
• Practical Care: Light hands-on help, meal prep planning, and referrals for lactation, pelvic floor, or mental health
• Ongoing Support: Virtual check-ins, voice/text support, and personalized care plans for continued healing  

Daytime: $50/hour (6hr max.)

Overnight: $55/hour (Between 9pm–7am, 6hr min.) 

*Client required to provide adequate rest accommodations during over night shifts. Clients residing over 25 miles away from 21050 will have an additional $10 travel fee per postpartum shift. *

Standard Placenta Encapsulation Package
Includes everything needed for a complete and respectful processing of your placenta. This package includes pickup and drop-off within a 50-minute radius, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or raw method preparation, full encapsulation, and basic care instructions for storage and use. This is a simple, supportive option for those who want the traditional encapsulation process without additional customization.

Herbal Placenta Encapsulation Package
This package includes everything in the Standard Package, with the addition of a personalized herbal consultation. During this consult, we will discuss your recovery needs and any specific areas of support you would like postpartum. A custom herbal blend will be created and can be encapsulated alongside your placenta or prepared separately as a loose-leaf blend. This option is designed to offer deeper, individualized postpartum support.

• Rush turnaround (under 48 hours): +$75–$150 
• Travel outside service radius: mileage fee of $1–$2 per mile

This package is designed for families who want clear, supportive birth education without committing to full doula support...Not everyone wants additional people in their birth room. This offering combines self-paced education with personalized support.

What’s included:

• Access to a comprehensive self-paced online childbirth education course

• One 90 minute prenatal preparation session, available in person locally or virtually

The online course allows you to move through the material at your own pace, revisiting topics as needed. It focuses on physiological birth, informed consent, comfort measures, partner involvement, and navigating the medical system without overwhelm.

The prenatal session is conversational and individualized. Together we can:

• Review your preferences and options

• Discuss current evidence and common interventions

• Practice comfort measures and coping tools

• Prepare partners or support people

• Make space for questions, concerns, or simply talking things through

I am a practicing doula and student midwife apprentice. My role is not to direct your care, but to help you understand your options, ask informed questions, and feel more grounded as you prepare for birth.

This package is ideal for families seeking education, clarity, and support without additional birth room presence.

Investment: $250 

Course access is delivered through Gumroad. Prenatal sessions are scheduled separately after purchase. 

If you are local, and later decide to add full birth support, your investment in the Birth Preparation Package will be credited toward your full support package.

These sessions are booked as needed, so that you can sit down with a doula to help get things organized and prepared for your lil one. Hire me to help you nest, go over your birth plan, learn about local resources, discuss comfort measures for labor, or answer what questions you may have on your mind! During these sessions, you can also opt to receive some prenatal energy healing as well! Length of the session can be adjusted to meet clients needs, standard sesssion is 1hr45min.

These sessions vary and can incorporate Reiki, various traditional energetic practices, tarot, oracle cards, guidance from your spirit guides or ancestors, and even past life regressions in order to provide you with the guidance or energetic experience necessary for your souls journey. These services are currently only available virtually.
